Brand NEW: Plastic Canvas Halloween Patterns!
Halloween is coming up in October, so if you love this holiday as much as I do, it's time to start making your household holiday decorations right away.
Check out some of my fun and colorful new Halloween wall-hanging patterns that are available right now on my Etsy Store.
And while you're there, check out some of the other cute patterns as well. Just click the link above to view them all.
Hi, Kathy Barwick here, for www.AddictedToPlasticCanvas.com...
Franken Monkey, shown above, is one of my newest plastic canvas creations.
Your kids are sure to love it, as well as others in this Halloween series, including Hanging Around With Franken Monkey (see right) and Franken Monkey With Pumpkin (see below).
I also have the Bat Moon wall hanging (see below), and the Two Pumpkins wall hanging (see further below) to round out this fun-filled Halloween series.
They're not only colorful and fun, but they're a real blast to make.
These are all done on 7 count artist size sheets of plastic canvas. That means they're very large, roughly about 13"x 20" - just right for turning your home into a fun and spooktacular Halloween haunt!
And while you're visiting my Etsy Store to view these Halloween wall hangings...
...you might also want to check out my just-released cache of classic and hard-to-find Halloween patterns (and other holiday patterns, as well) available in the Commercial Holiday section of my Etsy Store.
There's everything from black cats...to skeletons...pumpkins...witches, ghosts and goblins...vampires, and more - in the form of tissue toppers, candy bowls, trick-or-treat totes, wall hangings and other fabulous Halloween decorations.
In short, my Etsy Store is the place to visit when you're looking for new patterns to stitch - whether for Halloween, or for any occasion!
And speaking of stitching, please don't miss this important announcement if you're an experienced plastic canvas stitcher.
I'm going to reveal - directly below - how you can get some of these brand new wall hanging patterns from me, absolutely FREE, just for helping me out!
I Still Need Some Help...
Are you a good stitcher?
And are you interested in getting free patterns from me in return for stitching them and sending me two digital color photos of the finished, fully-stitched project?
I'm constantly in need of experienced stitchers.
I give my stitchers one month to finish a project before they can start a new one which means I almost always have patterns that are just waiting to be stitched.
While the examples of Halloween patterns in this ezine have already been stitched, there are more wall hangings and other patterns coming up over the days, weeks and months directly ahead.
So if you're an experienced and talented plastic canvas stitcher, this could be a way for you to get one (or more) of my brand new wall hanging patterns -- absolutely FREE!
Here's the deal: I need people to stitch the pattern, and then send me two good, clear, digital color photos of the finished, fully stitched piece.
The photos are needed so I can use them on the cover of the finalized pattern, when I post the pattern to my Etsy Store, or sell it through other plastic canvas publishers like ICG or Bonanza.
You keep the finished piece, of course -- FREE -- after you stitch it! I just need the color digital photos of the finished piece, so I can use them when the pattern is finalized and published.
So this is a great way for experienced stitchers to get some of my latest and most decorative plastic canvas patterns - absolutely FREE.
Here's How It Works...
Whenever a stitcher is needed, I'll post an announcement on my Facebook Wall.
I'll post a computer-generated image of the project that needs to be stitched, along with the list of materials needed for the project.
For example, if my upcoming Fright Night wall hanging were ready, I'd post the computer-generated image to the left on my Facebook Wall, along with the materials list and the request for a stitcher.
If you respond to my request, and are chosen (see requirements, below), I'd then email you a copy of the preliminary pattern to stitch.
It will look just like a regular plastic canvas pattern, but instead of having a photograph of the finished piece on the cover; it will have the computer generated image of the project on the cover instead.
Once you stitch the pattern, you then email me two clear, digital color photographs of the finished piece, so I can then publish the pattern online or in print with good, detailed photos.
Here Are Some of the Basic Rules:
You must be able to open a PDF file on your computer, because the preliminary pattern I'm going to send you by email wil be a PDF pattern.
You must have a color printer if you plan on printing out the pattern to work it. I will not mail any of these patterns.
You must have all materials, or be able to get them, at your own cost. No substitutes for yarn. The materials you use must be exactly the ones I specify when I post the request for a stitcher to my Facebook Wall.
If you're stitching for me, you must complete the project you're working one before you can get a new one. And you must complete your project on time, meaning within 30 days.
